CMDB Health - Duplicate Scorecard

I want to configure duplicate CI scorecard metric for correctness of CMDB so that the Health dashboard metrics are focused and provide value.
Class should be for Principal CI classes only
Metric = Duplicate
Lower Threshold = 33
Upper Threshold = 67

Can anyone help me with the steps.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat 

1. Navigate to the "CI Class Manager" module in ServiceNow. You can do this by searching for "CI Class Manager" in the ServiceNow search bar.

2. In the CI Class Manager, locate the CI class to which you want to configure scorecard. Click on the CI class name to open its configuration page.

3. Now go to the Correctness section under Health and click on New button

4. Adjust the thresholds to what you deem as Best, At Risk and Critical for Duplicates to create a duplicate scorecard for selected class

I have a doubt, we already have duplicate scorecard defined for principal classes. The point is non principal classes also do have the duplicate scorecard defined. what needs to be done so that the correctness duplicate scorecard is applied only for principal classes and no other classes
