CMDB Health - Recommended Fields

I want to configure the following recommended fields for Principal CI Classes so that the Health dashboard metrics are focused and provide value.
Recommended fields typically fall into one of three categories:

1. Fields that are not discoverable
2. Fields that are candidates to become Required fields in the future
3. Other fields identified by IT support groups per class

Can anyone help me with the steps.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat 

1. Navigate to the "CI Class Manager" module in ServiceNow. You can do this by searching for "CI Class Manager" in the ServiceNow search bar.

2. In the CI Class Manager, locate the CI class to which you want to add required fields. Click on the CI class name to open its configuration page.

3. Verify if the class is Principal class or not in Basic Info section

4. If it is a principal class, add the recommended fields from Completeness section under Health and click save
