CMDB relationship

Hello Team,

I have requirement to make relationship business Service to Server cis, could you please help me how we can make relationship with business service to Server cis. 

Please advise step by step, also let me know can we do bulk relationship business service to Server cis. if yes how we can do this .

You can create a Reference field on one of the tables to the other table.  See:

1. Go to cmdb relationship table CMDB REL CI

2. For adding one relationship, click new 

2. In the new windows Parent field select the Business Service, which should be under Class Service and select the Services with classification as business 

3. Relationship type can be hosted on host

4. Select the Child as server name

For bulk upload export the created relationship record and update the contents similarly for other business service and import.
