CMDB workspace 403 Error

Hi

 

I have assigned the necessary roles but the users are not able to view CMDB workspace

 

1. The workspace tab at top does not show up

2. Clicking on the CMDB Workspace from the application navigator shows 403 error.

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Hi @amanbgulati ,

 

sure, if required if there are no acls with filter name starts with now.cmdb

 

try by creating one with type ux_route

and name= now.cmdb.* and give a relevant role

you want to add cmdb workspace to the workspace list?

go to the experiences and open the cmdb workspace

 

create a record UX Application Category M2Ms

with experience category as workspace

the 403 is ACL issue

 

Go to ACLs and filter with name starts with now.cmdb

and open the record and check the roles and give those roles to the users and check

Thanks.  I see the workspace as admin and not as non admin roles. let me try the ACL update and will let you know.
