Collaboration Offline Group Message(s) Notification

Hi All,

We have upgraded to Orlando version yesterday. After upgrade the notification 'Collaboration Offline Group Message(s)' is sending mails to old chats. It has sent nearly 12k+ mails which are related old chats. This notification has the event 'collaboration.notify_offline_user.group' but i couldn't find which business rule is triggering this event. What could be the reason for sending mails to old chat conversations.Please help.

Please this event and when does it trigger:-

Check the related links for Business Rule running and Notification fired from this event. Check the trigger condition for the same.
