How do I change the color of the mouse-over? Looking it to change it from green to something else.

I was able to do it via System properties->CSS

Refresh the browser after saving the values.

Thanks. I'll have to check in to why my personal developer instance is behaving differently. Doesn't seem to be a Chrome vs. Firefox thing.
