Comment functionality in every field like we have in MS word

In workspace, I want to implement the comment functionality in every field like we have in MS word. Screenshot (2).png

 

please suggest how we can achieve this?

Hi @divyavashishtha 

 

No, we don't have this functionality in ServiceNow OOTB.  Not sure what is your use case, but all changes captured in activities or you can use the task management.
