Hi,
I would like to ask You, how to write a script so that when an approver of the group "US-Local_support" approves the request, the comments in RITM should be populated with the info that "The request has been approved. Your Request will be assigned to proper team"?
In the sc_request table, we have 3 catalog items which have in workflow group called "US-Local_support" and above comment should be added on that all 3 catalog items.
On every catalog item Approval for "US-Local_support" is send in different order.
Sometimes as a first and sometimes as a third.
How to achieve this?
