Conbine 3 Change requests into one

Hello experts, I am looking for the best approach : I have 3 catalog items (lets say one add,one for modify and one for delete)  and each catalog items creates a change request when submitted now so I am wondering if it is possible to combine all 3 catalog items into one and have only one change request created that will include the add, modify and delete items instead of having 3 change request created.
