I was trying to load test an integration which has a Scripted REST Resource by sending multiple requests at the same time from outside. In some cases, I'm getting HTTP status code 429 (Too Many Requests); usually when sending around 100 requests at the same time.
I would like to know if there is any concrete limit imposed by ServiceNow on how many concurrent requests a vendor and production instances can handle?

Hi Nijraj,
The above 429 came in developer instance?
I think no where it is mentioned how many concurrent requests can be handled by scripted rest resource
May be you can raise a hi ticket and check with ServiceNow team
I also believe it depends on what the scripted rest resource does; if it is simple then it would allow more incoming requests
