Condition evaluated to null, skipping Business rule

From where does this error come from "Condition evaluated to null, skipping Business rule" on Form while submitting a new project form . How to fix it, if any have faced this and found to resolve this.

The error message "Condition evaluated to null, skipping Business rule" typically occurs when a business rule is configured to run under certain conditions, but those conditions are not properly defined or evaluate to null. This causes the business rule to be skipped during execution.

the message clearly says for that particular BR it couldn't evaluate Conditions.

did you check which BR is triggered?
