Create a System Property in "sys_properties" table.
Name : <your Choice>
Value : <Your condition>
Call this script include in "condition"
I have not tried it but I have checked by putting "gs.log()" and its showing logs.
Please check from your side..!!
can you try removing quotes " " from value in sys property
