Conditional process flow formatter

Hi All,

I needed a help in configuring the process flow formatter based on the type of the change request. I need to have different process flow to be displayed for different types. I have tried using https://share.servicenow.com/app.do#/detailV2/b2e4d80e2b5b75004a1e976be8da152c/overview posted by Drew West on Share portal, however, it didn't work. I am using the Helsinki version. Also, I am pretty new to UI formatting. Seek your help on step-by-step process for this configuration.

Hi Karthik,

I tried giving conditions based on state as well as type. However, the process flow is displayed based on "state" condition only. It didn't check the "type" condition provided.

All the values are displayed in the process flow formatter irrespective of type of the change request.

Could it be that you have other active Flow stages that conflict with the one you just configured?

If your using the conditional process flow from share/ There is a "view condition" this will hide the formatter based on change type.

Yes, I added the "type" condition in the "view condition" as mentioned. However, it doesn't work. Could you hep me with the UI macro? I guess there is something to be corrected there in my code, and I am not that good in that.
