Conference call in Major incident shows error

Hi All,

 

In my organization conference call in Major incident workbench works fine in Production but not in lower instances. As it shows a error dialog "Please configure driver properly. It is not ready yet" when I try to initiate the call as shown in the attachment. I have checked the required plugins, which is active. Please help me how should I proceed with debugging this.

which plugins are required to implement Conference call.
