Using reports, I can create a report for an agent to show them their tickets that have or have not breached their OLA.
The agent can then hover over the chart and see percentages:
So in this example, they can see that in March, they achieved 72.73% of resolved tickets within the 3 day OLA.
Im now trying to recreate this within a configurable workspace. However, when hovering over the month, it does not show the percentage:
Is this possible to achieve?
