Configure a task for to-dos so that user could attach document, add comment and change state

I have a requirement to show custom tasks under to-dos in Employee Centre such that the assignee has the option to add attachment, add comment and change the state of the task to Complete. We are exploring Employee Centre as we do not want to give backend access to the users. Not sure if any Out of Box widget could be used for this, but so far from what I have read and tested, all 3 capabilities together- are missing OOB. Please guide me if I'm missing out on something. I would like to add that these tasks are being created in the Vendor Risk Management scope.

@Parneet1 Did you ever fulfill this requirement? I have the same demand from the business.
