Configure an Auto Reply Inbound Action for Closed Incident State

Hi All,

I want to configure one Auto Reply Inbound Email Action for the end users whose email id will be ending with specific email address whenever they will try to reply to Closed Incident it will trigger an Auto Reply Message to them and again it won't consider the Create Incident Inbound Action to create an New Incident.

Can anyone guide me on the same as to what shall I mention in the script?

Hi Pavan,

I am not able to get the information which I am looking for form the above links which you have asked me to refer.

Can you please guide me here.. so that I can implement the same for Closed Incident Auto reply to the user Inbound Action.
