Configure Login page

Hi,

I need to configure the LOGIN page(navpage.do, login.do). Currently the login details displaying in the middle of the screen, I need to move it to the LEFT corner

Additionally I need "External Login" option to place below Forgot Password and I need to change the background image of the screen
