Hello Community,
I am customizing the Case record page in CSM Configurable Workspace and need help with changing the order of tabs.
Current Behavior:
- When I open a Case record:
- The first tab is Details (used to fill and save case data initially).
- After saving, other tabs appear such as:
- Customer Information
- Customer History
- SLA
- etc.
- The default order shows Details first, then Customer Information.
Requirement:
I want to swap the order of tabs so that Customer Information appears first, and Details comes after it.
Questions:
- Where can I configure the tab order for the Case record page.
Thank you for your guidance!

Hi
Navigate to UI Builder -> CSM/FSM configurable workspace experience
Duplicate variant for CSM default record page and keep its order to lowest
Go to the main tab and drag the page collection CSM default record post-details above Details

By default, "Details" is in the second position according to the out-of-the-box (OOTB) configuration. To move it, simply select it and place it wherever you want in the list.

Hi @swethavelu ,
I tried your problem in my PDI and it works for me
Navigate on the ITIL view of your record and change the view to workspace
Once you did that now right click on form header click on config> related list
Just drag and drop the related list it will work
Before
After
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you
Thanks and Regards,
Sarthak

Thanks for your response. I followed the same steps which you followed but not seeing the Details & Customer Information tab in the slush bucket.
