Configure Problem management OOB workflow

Hello,
I am unable to configure OOB Problem Managment workflow
Can someone help me from where I can configure it , I have searched in workflow's as well but unable to find it

Baseline Problem Management doesn't have a workflow. What do you need it to do?

Thank you for your response, I was going through problem management and couldn't figure out how it is working in backend.

Hi @Prajwal Agrawal ,

You can go to State Models from Navigator and open Problem Management: Default Flow record.

This will show you the OOB problem flow. You can modify the state transitions as per your requirement
