Configure ServiceNow for Basic integration with BeyondTrust Remote Support

Hi,

Can anyone assist in how to add the following below? 

Add the following field(s) to the cmdb_ci Table

Label = BeyondTrust Appliance Name, Name = u_bomgar_appliance_name
Label = BeyondTrust Jumpoint, Name = u_bomgar_jumpoint

I can't seem to find them in cmdb_ci table and when I'm trying with "Create new" , I don't know which type of Configuration Item to choose from as I can't seem to find one that match.
