Custom Destroy rules for archived records

We have archive rules on tables like RITM and Incident, however when I look at destroy rules we don't have a way to specify condition or script around it.

Anyone implemented custom destroy rules on archive records to delete xyz of RITM after 3 years and other after 5 years etc ?

Probably no longer relevant for OP, but writing it down just for tribal knowledge: for this scenario, you can use a Table Cleaner job to run on your archive table, instead of the destroy rule. See more here.
