Configuring SOW

I have to make certain fields mandatory when resolving an Incident for both Form and SOW. My question is, do we specifically configure this for SOW. I assume when you configure mandatory fields in Form, it is automatically applied to SOW too. If this is not the case, how do I configure this separately for SOW?

yes thats correct. (for UI actions you got configure separately for woekspace)

Hi @vidhya_mouli,

 I had a similar task, you can configure this for SOW if you create that UI Policy on the Service Operations Workspace Application or you can create a client script if you need to make a mandatory field just for a specific form, in this case you can choose "UI Type": All.
