Conflict check not working for blackout schedules

Hello,

I have added a new blackout schedule in our system for a custom ci table and added a condition (Name is one of ABC, DEF,). When I create a change request with that CI and try to check the conflicts, I do not see that blackout schedule conflict. Instead, it says 'There are NO conflicts'. From wiki, I learned it shouldn't be generic table like cmdb_ci, instead the exact table name should be added. So I created this blackout schedule on our custom ci table using above mentioned condition. Can anyone let me know, if I also need to modify the 'Check Conflict' UI action or create a HI ticket?

I've done some trail & error tests and found out NAME IS ONE OF doesn't always work. When I added the NAME IS A OR B OR C.., then I see the correct conflicts. Maybe, it doesn't support the first condition I guess.
