Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue with the change request scheduling assistant. I have two change request records which are conflicted because of the same Configuration item I guess. But when I open the scheduling assistant link on one of it, it's showing 'No Available Time' on future dates. I checked in the instance, there is no maintenance schedules or blackout schedules defined. Both tables are blank. Could anyone please help?
I have attached the screenshot for the reference.
Thanks

Hello @Shubhali_Sinha ,
Yes, as explained in my previous post, it will suggest the 100 next available slots. Since the duration of your Change Request is very small all the slots will fit into the current day, or if you are looking at a different week, the first day of that week.
As suggested previously, try changing the difference between Planned start and Planned end to 1 hour for example to see how it affects the proposed slots.
Regards,
Robert

Hello @Shubhali_Sinha ,
Please click the "Check Conflicts" button on the "Conflicts" tab of your Change Request, then provide a screen shot of that tab.

Robert

Hello @Shubhali_Sinha ,
It seems your Change Request has a very small duration (difference between Planned start and End time seems to be less than 5 minutes). Please note that the Scheduling Assistant will only show you the next 100 available slots. So you actually see the next 100 five-minute slots available, which all fit into the current day. If the duration of the change were 1 hour you would see available slots for the next 4-5 days.
Regards,
Robert

Hi @Robert H,
Thanks for the reply.
I checked the scheduling assistant calendar and it's showing available slots on current date and on every Monday from next week. I have attached the screenshots. Please check.
Thanks,
Shubhali
