Consumer connection error after update

Hi. We have updated Service Bridge to the latest version, and our Consumer connection is now in status error. When trying to Restart the connection, we get "Encountered problem during restart". Does anybody know if the existing connection can be restarted or do we need to create a new registration?

Thank you for the recommendation but we have already done that.
