Contact type in incident

There are incidents that are made under the contact type of Virtual agent, but when we are creating the reports to monitor, there is no Virtual agent contact type under the contact type list. Even in choice list we cannot find the "Virtual Agent" value but there are certain incidents which are raised under this contact type.
How can we achieve the data in report for the contact type as "Virtual Agent"?
Also who has access to view it?

Hi @nishantkuma,

Could you please verify if the option "virtual agent" is active in the contact type field? If it exists, you'll be able to add a filter to the report to retrieve incidents where the contact type is set as virtual agent.
