contact will be able to see the ticket in the portal and able to interact and respond the to ticket?

HI All,

 

When a ticket is logged by an agent and the contact is a internal Jacobs user. That contact will be able to see the ticket in the portal and is able to interact and respond the ticket the same as normal. Please help me on this.

 Hi @suresh40 

 

If contact is internal user, then he/ she can see the case from native view and can do the work on same but make sure, user has al required access.
