CONTENT PUBLISHING App not loading records after conversion to Yokohama

Hello community - I'll happily take any advice!
After a recent clone down from our Production Instance and an upgrade to Yokohama (unsure if either related) when we try to open records (sn_cd_content_base) in the Content Publishing module (All -> Content Publishing -> My Content Operations -> Content Library -> View All) we are getting a 'the page you are looking for could not be found' error.
We know the content is still there - it's mapped to our Employee Center Pro and it's displaying there.
Has anyone seen something like happen and if so could you possibly point me in the proper direction if this sounds familiar?
