how can I configure the Idle time, auto-response and disconnect time for a chat conversation?
The values for the agent not responding should NOT be the same as the values for the requester.
example: if the agent sends a message to the requester and the requester doesn't respond in 2 min an auto message needs to be sent to the requester, it the requester is still not responding within 2min the session needs to be closed.
if the requester sends a message to the agent but the Agent does not respond the session needs to stay active for 30min before closing
