Conversational plugin for MS Teams in PDI not unlocking

I am trying to unlock plugin since quite a while now to perform integration between MS teams and ServiceNow and its not unlocking the below plugin after several hours of trying

can anyone please help? I am trying to perform integration with My personal azure instance with my personal SNOW instance

I cannot seem to find the missing plugins inside ServiceNow plugins table and its frustrating at this point....

I am not sure PDI supports integration with MS teams. But please check the below dependencies which are mentioned in the below article.

Hi @Community Alums 

Downloading a store application requires a ServiceNow ID which usually customers hold. Once they login, they can request a plugin for one of their instances and it becomes available for installation on the designated instance. 

In your case, as you are working on a PDI and doesn't have ServiceNow partner ID, you will not be able to request this plugin. If you have partner login ID, request you to try with that and request the plugin for one of your dev instances.
