I have a List Action that worked in Agent Workspace, but it isn't working in Service Operations Workspace.
The original list action was a Declarative Action an implemented as a client action, with an action payload definition. Nonetheless, I followed the exact steps from this article: Adding a Record Producer or Catalog Item button to... - ServiceNow Community Unfortunately, I can't get it to work for the Service Operations Workspace. Also, for Service Operations Workspace, I had to implement as "UXF Client Action" to get it visible on the Workspace, thus I can't use the Workspace field.
What am I missing?
