Copy Form Layout

Hi,
I'm in the phase 1 of an implementation for a client and need to create the form layout for the different CMDB classes. Does anybody know if there is way to create one template and then do some sort a copy to the other different classes who need to have the same form layout?

I have the need to do the exact same thing for different server classes.

Not sure if you're still after an answer, but I wrote a function to copy a form / section layout to another table.
