I have two fields on the Incident form:
- OOB Follow up (follow_up, Date/Time)
- Best Callback Time (u_best_callback_time, Time)
If I set the time on both of these fields (EST), the XML shows the time in UTC.

<u_best_callback_time>1970-01-01 21:35:03</u_best_callback_time>
But if I add both of these fields to the list of fields to copy, and use the Copy Incident UI Action, the new Incident shows what was the old Best Callback Time UTC, and it saves the adjusted time.

Has anyone encountered this with Time fields and Incident copying? I could not find anything in the KBs about it.
