I just want to consult the issue I am having. I am copying comments from one table to another and vice versa. So it is RITM and another Fulfillment Task table. RITM additional comments is the one visible to the customer and the Fulfillment task additional comments is the one visible to the fulfiller. I have created the Business rule to do the task, one BR for each table with condition 'comment changes' after insert/update to trigger it. My issue is that the comment is bouncing back. Let say I commented on the Fulfillment task and it is added to the additional comments in the RITM but that same comment is being added back to the Fulfillment task as the RITM BR is detecting that there is a new comment. Can someone advise any solutions how to prevent bouncing back the comments, so that when the customer comment in RITM, it will only be sycned to the Fulfillment task, and from fulfillment task, that same comment will not be aded back to the RITM.
