I have built a new OOB Jakarta Instance.
I would like to copy all scheduled reports from our test environment (on Istanbul) to this environment.
Cannot use Clone as we are building new environment from scratch.
I have read about exporting single report to XML but do not understand how to import. Can you advise?
I would actually like to copy all reports en-mass (89 reports) as opposed to doing one at a time - can I do this?

Type sys_report.list in system navigator. It will give you all the reports in your system
Add the required filter, for ex i have added a filter all the reports updated by xuejia. After then right click on header and export->XML.
Now go to your target instance and again type sys_report.list. Right click on header and you will see Import xml. click on that and import the xml you exported.

Sanjiv, excellent - thanks
I now have 447 reports in my new environment, many of these were OOB reports. I am now at a loss to be able to hide reports that I do not need and how to find reports - there is not the 'hide matching/show matching' facility available across the rest of the tool? I can use search but this just appears to search on title, I would like to search on 'Table' as not all (for example) Problem reports contain the word Problem in their title.
