I created a custom flow for a Knowledge Base, but I’m facing an issue. When I create the KB article using a template, it throws an error in the flow with the following message in the logs:
"Couldn't publish: Journal field 'approval_history' is not valid in table 'kb_template_faq'."
Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Hi @Doglas Viegas , in the custom workflow, within the 'Ask for approval' action, set the journal field to Approval history.

I am also facing the same issue and approval is also not getting triggered if I choose custom template during creation of Article. But the same flow logic is working fine for standard template. But in both cases, I see this warning: couldn't publish: Journal field 'approval_history' is not valid in table 'kb_knowledge'.
can someone suggest why the approval is not getting triggered if flow is deriving respective group.
