couldn't publish: Journal field 'approval_history' is not valid in table 'kb_template_faq'.

I created a custom flow for a Knowledge Base, but I’m facing an issue. When I create the KB article using a template, it throws an error in the flow with the following message in the logs:
"Couldn't publish: Journal field 'approval_history' is not valid in table 'kb_template_faq'."

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
