Count in My request simple list widget

Hi,

Can we include number count in simple list widget next to the name? So number count will display total number of tickets that is displayed in the widget. Any suggestions.

Hi,

You'd have to clone the widget and then conduct some customization to get that functionality. Out of box, with the Simple List widget, the total count of records within that list are shown, just...at the bottom:

Hi,

I understood what you asked initially, but thank you for adding pictures to help make certain. You'd have the clone the simple list widget and conduct your edit there, perhaps using the server script to grab the count of the records retrieved, and then in the HTML section of the widget, using that value to display the count.
