Count updates per each analyst makes... day / week / month

Hi All

Im wondering what would be the best way to count how many updates my service desk agents make on tickets per day/week/month

I cant see an easy way to do this.. any help any one can provide would be really appreciated !

Hi Mrswann,


Set your data table as: History [sys_history_line]


then set the type as bar and set the gear beside it to display data labels


Group by   User name


All these conditions must be met


update time on (whatever date range you are looking for)


old is (assignment group you are reporting on)


or new is (assignment group you are reporting on)




I am using Jackarta and Helsinki so I am assuming it will work the same for you.


There is a possibility that there is a data governor for this table because I am only able to get back about two days worth of data and then it stops searching for older tickets.
