Course "Welcome to ServiceNow", Tasks Module - Visual Task Boards

Hi All,

I'm taking the course "Welcome to ServiceNow," and the Tasks Module has a Lab Simulation that is giving me problems. 

It asks to create a Visual Task Boards, and the items 6 to 8 are giving me problems:

It looks like you need to insert a specific incident as a card, but were do I find it? More specific, were do I find the item 6?

To complete step 6, ensure that you’ve followed step 5, which states:

In the previous task, if you marked the problem as a favorite, navigate back to it using the same method:
Favorites → Problem. This will open the form or list view. From there, right-click on the context menu and select the option to add it to the VTB (Visual Task Board).
