ServiceNow CPQ is our Configure, Price, Quote solution built on the Now Platform and part of SOM (Sales and Order Management). We acquired Logik.io in 2025, and their configurator technology is now the foundation of our CPQ offering. Some of the links below are outdated; you can begin to learn more about the new CPQ offering via this path on ServiceNow University or by watching one of the demos.
