create a case from another case with UI action

Hi guys, I need to build a ui action with create case button on the case form on next workspace. I need to add two choices as soon as the button is clicked. Choices should reflect the case types that i created ootb. I am unsure what to do in this case.

I need a create task button on the existing form menu like this(attaching the scrreenshot), that button should give me two options based on the two case types i have. When i click on either of them, I should be redirected to create a case based on the item option.
