Create a KB Article via Service Portal

Hello all,

I want to have the possibility to create a KB Article via the Service Portal (only for ITIL user who are connected) and two item : 1. Create a Public Article and 2. Create a Private Article. I didn't find anything on the web or OOB so I decided to create one from scratch with a record producer. But I'm not sure that's the best way !?

So if anyone knows the best practice to do something like this, it would be helpful.

We have talked about this with our sales/technical consultants at SN and they suggested to just use the Record Producer feature. I have seen nothing else that would work (short of creating a custom widget).
