Create a new Related list in the Requested item form to link catalog task of another form(cat item)

Hi All, Thanks for looking in to my query

we had a ask to create a related list in the requested item form as we have for Catalog task,approvers,SLAs

the related list should only show the catalog task number only from one form.

This is to link the catalog task of generic catalog item to all the requested item, the ask is same as that we have relation for child and incidents in the related list in the incident.

Any response will be highly appreciable

Hi,

Your question is not clear but looks like you want to create a custom related list. Custom related lists could be added using relationships. You can get idea by going through existing records in the relationships (System Definition > Relationships)
