I added 2 new fields on the change request 1. additional assignee (list type field) and 2. additional verifier (list type field.
both need to receive notifications that the change task have been assigned to them. I followed the structure and conditions of the "change task assigned to me" notification which is OOB and uses the change_task.itil.role template however its not producing a notification for the new added fields.
