OOO autoreply sync

Hi Connections,

 

My Concern is that is also present in current setup, when user is OOO and autoreply is sent, this is not captured by ServiceNow and not visible in ticket as well, when users are OOO for some days-weeks tickets will get closed.. this will not be accepted by our users

Hi @Community Alums ,

This is more of Governance rather than ServiceNow as a Platform should track.

As When the user is OOO, the group manager/lead can assign the tickets to someone else and add the comments.
