Create a record from a scheduled report

Hi everyone,

 

We have a notification that is being received by ServiceNow but is being ignored. The issue is that the received emails are being ignored and logs show the following message: "Email contains the same Message-ID as a previous sent email, preventing loop by setting it to 'Ignored' state"

 

I tried updating the notification by checking the field "Omit the watermark" according to this community post: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/how-to-create-incident-from-report/m-p/1923713/...

 

however, the issue remains.

 

Do you know if there is a way to not ignore an email because of the Message-ID?

I would appreciate any help.
