Hello,
I'm facing a dilemma with a workflow I've set up using PowerApps to update Hardware Assignments. Specifically, I'm altering the "Assigned To" value in "Personnel Computer," and it functions properly when the Hardware Status is listed as "In Use."
However, when an item is marked as "In Stock," the process fails. It's evident that I need to adjust the state or status accordingly. I've attempted to modify the Status using "Hardware Status" and "Install Status" simultaneously in the update, but it's not yielding the expected outcome.
My assumption is that this connector should handle changes within Service-Now, negating the need to modify any other object prior to updating.
If anyone has insights or ideas regarding this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
