I would need help to create, how to create below step by step I am exploring this.

Create a standard Dashboard for Agents on the landing page in workspace

1. Agent dashboard contains the following reports:
   1. Unassigned cases
   2. My open cases
   3. New cases (My assignment group)
   4. Critical cases
   5. Tickets open in their department
   6. Tickets open in their location
2. Redirect to cases from the reports in these dashboards
